This work has a hushed, damp atmosphere. Cool greens and blue-greys create the feeling of a place after rain has moved through, when everything becomes quieter, heavier, and more reflective.
The small pale marks seem to hover like remnants of light on water, or signals within a deeper field. There is no drama here, only stillness, and the subtle awareness that something has changed.
The Quiet After Rain speaks to the restorative side of weathering. It is about the pause after disruption, when the body and the land begin to absorb what has happened and return, slowly, to themselves.
