Thank you for purchasing artwork from MARISABEL GONZALEZ & CO PTY LTD. We take pride in delivering high-quality, unique pieces and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
As a small enterprise, Returns and Refunds, do not apply for change of mind. Please ensure the artwork you selected is suitable for your space by using the Augmented Reality (AR) tool available within each painting information details. This way you will be able to review size, style and colour palettes directly in your space.
Our Return and Refund Policy only applies to items that have suffered damage during transport. Please review and follow the information below on how to handle returns and refunds for damaged items.
1. Final Sale Policy
- All artwork sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Due to the unique nature of each piece, all sales are considered final upon purchase.
2. Returns for Damaged Items
- In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate a return for a refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
- We require that all customers inspect the packaging and item upon delivery before opening the box. If there is any visible damage to the box or packaging, please take clear photographs from multiple angles to document the damage. After documenting, carefully open the package to check if the item inside—such as the painting or frame—has been affected.
- To ensure thoroughness, please provide as much detail as possible in your documentation. This step is essential for any potential insurance claims, as it allows us to record any visible damage.
- Please note: Failure to complete this inspection process may limit our ability to assist with insurance claims. MARISABEL GONZALEZ PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for declined claims if the required documentation is incomplete.

Reporting Damage:

If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@marisabelgonzalez.com. To support your claim, be prepared to provide detailed photos (and videos, if applicable) of the packaging and the damaged item.

Return Shipping Costs:
- If your damage claim is approved and a return/refund is authorised, MARISABEL GONZALEZ & CO PTY LTD will reimburse you for any return shipping costs incurred.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund or an agreed exchange. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
